Before any concept work begins, we interrogate the brief: which teams need focus space, which need collaboration space, how meeting rooms actually get used versus how many exist, and what the space needs to communicate to a client walking in the front door. Corporate space planning gets this wrong more often than any other element of an office fit-out, because it is easy to design for an org chart instead of for how people actually move through a working day.
From there we handle the full scope: design development, technical documentation, procurement, coordination of appointed trades, installation and project management.
